What is Guaranteed Rent?
Guaranteed Rent (also known as a rent-to-rent) is an arrangement where we lease your property directly from you and take on all the responsibilities of managing it. You receive a regular monthly income without any of the headaches associated with being a landlord.
Our team handles everything from finding and vetting tenants, to maintenance, compliance, and day-to-day management — leaving you free to enjoy your rental income without lifting a finger.
How It Works
- Free Valuation — We visit your property and provide a no-obligation assessment and offer of a guaranteed monthly rent.
- Agreement Signed — We agree on a fixed monthly rental amount and sign a management lease agreement, typically for 3–5 years.
- We Take Over — We source and vet tenants, handle all move-in procedures, and take care of all day-to-day management.
- You Get Paid — From the agreed start date, your rent lands in your account on time every month — no exceptions.
- Property Returned — At the end of the lease term, your property is returned to you in excellent condition, ready for re-letting, sale or further negotiations can be made to extend the lease.
