BTD have proficiently managed a property for our father for many years and more recently since his death for us. They basically take the worry of owning a property away from us as the landlord. They arrange and ensure all necessary safety checks to be undertaken. They have reliable companies who can be called upon to undertake any work required quickly and efficiently. They ensure the property has reliable tenants and the rent is paid regularly and on time, receiving the rent even if the property has no tenant. The staff, Chris and the team are all extremely helpful, reliable and will go over and above to make sure all runs smoothly. In conclusion we are very happy with the arrangement we have with BTD Ltd.

Always on hand if I have a problem and resolve it very quickly. They are accommodating around tenants plans or work life when contractors – plumbers, gas engineers etc. visit. BTD staff are on hand to oversee until the work is completed.
