Immigration Property Inspection

Our own HHSRS (Housing Health and Safety Rating System) trained employees carry out Residential Property Inspections for Visa and Immigration Applications.

Property Inspections will take place by appointment only. We aim for your paperwork to be ready for collection within 2 working days of the original visit (if you require your documents sooner, please check with time scales at the time of booking).

PRICING

Within Gloucester City Boundary = £110.00. If outside Gloucester City Boundary – Please enquire.

For a visit to be booked we will need to see the original following documents:

1. Completed Form for Requesting Residential Inspection.
2. Passport or Photo ID of the person making the application.
3. Evidence of Property Ownership (In the event of the property being owned by a family member i.e., parents – evidence of property ownership along with written proof to state that the applicant is allowed to live at the property for the foreseeable future).
4. Evidence of Tenancy Agreement (if the property is under a Tenancy Agreement, written proof is required from the landlord that the applicant is allowed to live at the property for the foreseeable future).
5. Current Gas Safe Certificate (if applicable).
6. Current Electrical Inspection Condition Report (EICR) (if applicable).
7. Current Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) (if applicable).
